Our office samples have arrived and guess what I was doing last night? A bit of a road test.
Mr Arcimboldo was my companion and I got completely hooked! Pretty cool I have to say, a little like a Rubick's Cube puzzle and once you start you can't stop. Good sturdy box and clear images.

One product - 6 puzzles!

Along with our fabulous, and HUGE January launch (hit the email link above to request full info) we have introduced a puzzling new product...

At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking that these are just normal puzzles albeit with only a few pieces, "EASY!" you may think, but on further inspection you would discover that each piece is a square block with a different piece of a different image on each side. So not only will you need to find the right "piece" but you'll also need to find the right side!

This means that each block puzzle has 6 possible fine art images, each cut into 12 pieces. Giving the puzzle-maker up to 72 possible options for each puzzle piece! Combine that with the fact that a number of the images can seem, at first glance, quite similar to each other, you've got yourself a rather perplexing little puzzle! (Well, you've got 6!)

This challenging new range includes 4 titles to start with, Van Gogh, Gene Davis, Arcimboldo and Chuck Close (all available now) but if our Standard, Sierra Club and Kids Puzzle ranges are anything to go by the list will grow at an alarming rate over the coming years!

If our puzzles sell well in your store (there are very few places where they don't!) then you owe it to your puzzler customers to offer them this interesting new dimension of puzzles. If you yourself are looking for a new puzzling challenge, your local retailers should be happy to order for you.

Hieroglyphs From A-Z Memory Game

Based on our best-selling book Hieroglyphs from A to Z, by Peter Der Manuelian (Pomegranate, 2009), this memory game offers a fun way for youngsters to learn the alphabet. And kids of all ages will enjoy playing the game and learning about hieroglyphs from the accompanying booklet, which explains each card and the Egyptian hierogylph on it.

Sharpen your recall with this two or more player game. Each 2½" square card features an English letter ("L is for Lion") and an Egyptian hieroglyph for that letter's sound. Match pairs to win and refer to the enclosed booklet for more information about the gylph and the sequence of symbols that spell the whole word.
