Happy New Year 2009
However you divide 2010, the answer is Pomegranate. With over 150 titles over 8 established formats and covering Architecture & Design, Artful Humour, Language, Food & Wine, History, Science and Music – to name a few categories, our 2010 portfolio will please all tastes.
With our allegiance to high quality art reproduction always being our dominating factor, our strength is also the diverse range of subject matter we offer. In 2010 you will find all the mainstay titles, Rothko, Hopper, Tiffany, Mackintosh etc., with new additions of C.F.A. Voysey Designs, Voysey was a prominent designer and architect in the Arts & Crafts Movement and this calendar has been done with the Royal Institute of British Architecture.
Another newcomer is legendary photographer and painter Man Ray, one of the most versatile and inventive artists of the 20th century and Pomegranate presents 12 of his most intriguing black & white photographs.
World art offers the most astonishing images from around the globe and here Pomegranate have a bold array of titles including African American art, Inuit Art. Mayan art in our ever-popular Colours Of Guatemala and stunning plates in Aboriginal Art. Asian art has long been one of our strongest areas of sales and this seems to be continuing so we are delighted to offer titles featuring Hiroshige, Hokusai Chao Shao-an and a brand new title on the Samurai.
In today’s volatile market calendars seem to be both a sales constant and ‘must have’ on the Christmas Shopping list. They signify a new start and in it’s simplest form – a package of informative dates, a space to write your own thoughts and agendas all thrown in with some beautiful art – a unique and in some cases, an expected gift. So it’s good that we can offer formats to suit all tastes and living spaces.
From 365 Tear-Off padblocks such as Shakespeare’s Insults and What Do You Know About Wine to our elegant, Deluxe desk diaries; Georgia O’Keefe and Impressionism. Walls can be decorated with our standard wall calendars or a great range of Mini Walls like CatCalendar by Kliban and Covering Jazz.
